When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between you and FXR Sales Store.

Order Processing and Shipping

We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment. Cost: $12.95
• Free Shipping: via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment. Available on orders over $50

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the order.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

• Gloves
• Hats
• Women’s Base & Mid Layers (intimate apparel)

These items may only be returned if defective or if an incorrect item was shipped.

Return Process

To return an item:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Include your order number, personal information, and reason for return
3. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item with original packaging and a copy of your order confirmation
4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package
5. Ship to: FXR Sales Store, 2395 Wolf Pen Road, EAST HARTFORD, US 06118

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

International Returns

For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items
• We cannot refund original shipping charges for international orders
• Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges
