At FXR Sales Store, we stand behind our riding gear just like we stand with our riders on the road. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your gear, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to get you what you need with minimal hassle.

Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Gloves
  • Hats
  • Women’s Base & Mid Layers (intimate apparel)
These items may only be returned if defective or if an incorrect item was shipped.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any merchandise, you must contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 2: Complete Return Form

Include the following information in your return request:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear FXR Customer Service Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent purchase. Order Number: [Your Order Number] Name: [Your Full Name] Email: [Your Email Address] Phone: [Your Phone Number] Item(s) to return: [Product Name(s) and SKU(s)] Reason for return: [Please specify reason – size issue, defective, wrong item, etc.] Requested action: [Refund / Exchange for (specify size/product)] I have read and understand the return policy terms. Thank you, [Your Name]

Send this information to our customer service team at [email protected] with your RA request.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once you receive your RA number:

  • Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship to: FXR Sales Store, 2395 Wolf Pen Road, EAST HARTFORD, US 06118

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after receipt
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments unless the exchange is due to our error.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges for international orders
  • Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges
